    Results Day

    Thursday 15 August 2019 from 8am.

    Thursday 22 August 2019 from 9am.

The Exam Office would like to emphasise the importance of your presence at Results Day and advises against making any travel plans around this time.

There are three ways of getting your exam results:

    • They can be collected in person.
    • They can be collected on your behalf. You will need to name the collector and provide them with a signed letter giving written permission for them to collect your results which they will need to submit. They will also need to have some form of ID.
    • You can provide a stamped addressed envelope. Please deliver this to the exam office or send it in marked for the attention of the exams officer.

The exam office will be unable to deal with individual telephone requests for results/enquires on the day.

    Enquiries about results
The options available following receipt of results in August are a Review of Marking and/or the Return of Script.

    • For Priority Review of Marking/Script requests deadline Thursday 22 August 2019.
    • For Non-Priority Review of Marking/Script request deadline Thursday 12 September 2019.
    • Review of Marking cost £60.00 (*)
    • Return Script cost £15.00 (*)

Each enquiry will not be processed by the Exam Office unless the relevant form has been signed and payment has been received (Forms will also be available from School reception on Results Day). Remember a review of marking can lead to a subject grade going down as well as up, or remain unchanged. Review of marking fees will be refunded if the OVERALL subject grade improves.

Payment must be by ParentPay, please ensure that you make a payment against either Exams-Review of Marking or Exams - Scripts with the amount due.

Requests for review of marking/scripts can be made by e-mail provided the relevant form has been completed and signed by the student and attached to the e-mail. Again, these requests will not be processed until payment has been received.

All results correspondence MUST be with the Exam Office, Any e-mails sent to other addresses may not reach the Exam Office in time for processing prior to deadlines and we will not be responsible for requests not sent to Exams.
