    Sexual Health Assembly

On Monday morning four year 13 senior prefects, who had received training from sexual health experts at Pulse Islington (offers a range of services to support young people including advice on sexual health and contraception) delivered an assembly to the whole of Year 12 about how to safeguard against contracting STIs and how to practise safe sex.

The information was relayed in a considerate and accessible manner and was very well received by the students and finished with a ‘fun’ interactive quiz.

Members of Pulse were also present overseeing the presentation, and they were available at break and lunch to speak to students individually and confidentially if needed.

I would like to thank Lydia, Tyler, Grace and Lydia L for giving up their time to train and prepare the presentation and for the engaging way they delivered sensitive material.
