    Virtual Medical Society

What is it like to be a Psychiatrist?

    When: 4:00pm - 5:00pm, Wednesday 10th March
    Where: Google Meet

We are very excited to announce that we will be inviting another guest speaker to give us a talk on what it’s like to be a psychiatrist.

Dr Maria Capanna is a core trainee in Psychiatry who is currently working at Central and North West London NHS Foundation trust.

We will be learning more about what a career in psychiatry involves, the differences and similarities between Psychiatry and Psychology as well as an insight into what is involved in Dr Capanna’s day to day job.

There will also be an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have relating to medicine and careers in psychiatry in a Q&A session, so come along with all your questions and ask away!

If you have any queries relating to the medical society or to this upcoming session, also organised by Mahfuza, Y12 (Alim329@csg.school), then feel free to email 20ehymanson@csg.school or 20sbenbellil@csg.school.

We look forward to seeing you there!
